This hotel was newly renovated and nicely appointed with amiable staff in the night shift. It was based in lovely building in a convenient location, so near everything in London. We had early meal in Micky's Fish and Chips, based nearby...
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was pretty slow, and the bed was not comfortable.

Good location
Very small bathroom, felt like an aeroplane toilet with a shower. Not very nice.

The modern bathroom was a pleasant surprise, but the lack of duvets made the beds feel less inviting. Despite the small room, our stay was comfortable due to the cleanliness and location near local attractions.

The hotel is in a great location- nice suburb and close to the Paddington Tube stop. It made it really easy to get around London. The breakfast is adequate. The building is quaint- a series of different "hotels" but all serviced by the same staff. The best aspect- the hilarious driver that took us to then train station!
London is always expensive, so while the room was absolutely tiny, it was comfortable for a short stay and was in a lovely area and close to a tube station.

The location for Hyde Park and Paddington was excellent.
The beds were uncomfortable, the room was tiny, the bathroom was very small and smelly. We were given one flat pillow. The entrance was run down. The cost was very expensive as the hotel was very dated and the rooms tiny. The yogurt had been left out of the fridge at breakfast. The nets and curtains in the dining room were filthy.

Nothing was good ,I will never go there or recommend it to another human ever .
Our room was exactly like a prison cell,we could not bread, sleep take a shower or eat,I woke up scrimming every night with nightmare, they should use this hotell for scary movies.Breakfast was horrible and we got diarre for 3 days after we left that bloody hotell.in my family opinium this hotell should have 1 star and they should pay people to stay there.

The hotel was undergoing improvements and general maintenance - well over due. The location was fair - reasonably close to Paddington Station - but the surrounding bistros and eating places were mediocre. The wsurrounds were noisy. The bed was comfortable and the space in the room was adequate for a short stay. We left the room on time and the receptionist stowed our lugguage willingly and wer were satisfied with the security.
The room was dirty - the net curtains (originally white) were a dark grey and there were stains on underside of the bed quilt. The shower curtain did not reach to the floor and there were no bath mats. The floor was constantly wet, The two decrepid bath towels should have been pensioned off. No hand towels. The carpets were decidedly tired and dirty . The front door was new and solid. However, when it was opened the entrance carpets were soiled. We understand that they are being replaced. When we went down for breakfast all the tables were occupied. The continental breakfast was skimpy with no fruit for the cerials.
